Data Collection Services

DataForce provides data collection services in support of a variety of technologies such as automatic speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, leveraging our global community of over one million contributors as well as our extensive network of studios and offices around the world.

Quality data is pivotal for machine learning models to work properly and without bias. Data is the raw resource that enables AI use cases to succeed. Simply put, AI does not work without data. There are two main ways in which bias can show up in training data:

• The data is unrepresentative of reality
• The data reflects existing prejudices

To help prevent this bias in data, we gather the necessary contributors to match your AI project’s requirements. Our contributors then collect the large volumes of data required for your specific needs.

DataForce has a talent database of more than 1,000,000 collaborators, covering over 250 languages and dialects and representing different age groups, genders, ethnicities, academic backgrounds, and geographic locations. Having collaborators with previous knowledge and experience from sectors such as healthcare or finance allows us to better target specific business use cases.
