No.-4 seed Kansas State defeats 13th-seeded Portland, 78-65, in an NCAA Tournament first-round game Friday, March 22, 2024, at Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan. The Wildcats (26-7) advance to the second round and face Colorado (who rejoins the Big 12 Conference after this season) at 1 p.m. Sunday.
