- David Lee Lingle II, 40, of Denver CO, for criminal threat, inference with LEO, released on a $15,000 bond.
CITATIONS
- Report of criminal threat and interference with an LEO x 3 on Thursday, at approximately 9:36 a.m. in the 600 block of South Delaware Avenue. Officers listed a 42-year-old male as the victim, the subject made multiple threats to him. Officers later arrested David Lingle, II, 40, of Denver, Colorado, on the aforementioned charges. Total bond was set at $15,000. Lingle was not confined at the time of this report.
- Report of aggravated assault on Thursday, at approximately 9:07 p.m. in the 500 block of Pierre Street. Officers listed a 29-year-old male as the victim, a known male threatened him with a gun.
