- David Sean Combs, 56, of Manhattan, for failure to appear. Held on $2,000 bond.
- Drew Alan Zimmerman, 36, of Alta Vista, for driving under the influence. Released on $4,000 bond.
INCIDENTS
Officers filed a report of fraud in the 300 block of Stockdale Drive in Randolph on Tuesday, at approximately 7:09 p.m. Officers listed the City of Randolph as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect posed as a consulting group and defrauded the city. Total loss is $40,000.
