  • Kirstanna Marie Hill, 25, of Louisville, for aggravated assault, probation violation and aggravated robbery. Held on $75,000 bond.
  • Henry Edward Lige III, 37, of Manhattan, for five counts of violating offender registration act. Held on $15,000 bond.
  • Taylor Leigh Dowling, 27, of Manhattan, for making false information. Released on $2,000 bond.
  • Nesa Marie Simms, 29, of Manhattan, for aggravated arson, arson and theft of property or services. Held on $75,000 bond.

INCIDENTS

  • Officers filed a report of aggravated assault at the corner of Bluemont Avenue and Ninth Street on Wednesday, at approximately 10:14 p.m. Officers listed 16 and 19-year-old males as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect brandished a gun toward them then fled on 10th Street in a black SUV.

CITATIONS

  • Kelly Baraka, 41, of Manhattan, for possession of marijuana, on Saturday at approximately 9:30 p.m.
