  • Angel Kaye Morgan, 39, of Junction City, for probation violation. Released and exceptionally cleared from a $10,000 bond.
  • Brian Lee Havens, 45, of Manhattan, for failure to appear. Held on a $6,000 bond.
  • April Renee Mason Taylor, 23, of Manhattan, for failure to appear. Released on a $500 bond.
  • Shadaira Javon Williams, 30, for failure to appear. Released on a $750 bond.
  • Noah Dean Weber, 14, of Manhattan, for aggravated battery (knowingly use physical contact in a rude or angry manner with a weapon). Released, no bond.

INCIDENTS

  • Officers filed a report of a vehicle on pedestrian injury accident on Thursday, at approximately 10:07 p.m. at the intersection of S. Manhattan Ave and Poyntz. Officers report a 23-year-old male was taken via EMS to Via Christi for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Dalton Stover, 27, of Chapman, failed to yield the right of way to the victim who was in a crosswalk. Police cited Stover for the same.
